Grotty Roman?

Grotty Roman?

Not the best quality of find this one, but I'm guessing this is probably a Roman copper but the lack of detail and poor state of it makes me wonder if it might instead be a token of some kind?

It's a bronze As. If I was forced to bet it would be Marcus Aurelius(each way) :D
