hi dukedom,

Ive not used the tracker, but i have the next model up which is the quick draw 2.
Good machine really, and ive also done a review on the bounty hunter section,so this may help a little.
decent on land and dry sand,no good for wet as too many bad signals/falsing.

regards Yellow [:)

By the way i think ill just go with a widely used model like the Ace garrett 250 just seems much easier to find out how it works and with my hands-on skills i think i need all the help i can get. :))

I use the traker 4, its not bad for starting out with, it finds coins for fun, quite good depth to it aswell, the only trouble i find with it is pinpointing a target, as there is no pinpointer with it...also, gives the same tone for silver and ring pulls.....gives a clean tone for iron same as some coins.....so my advice with this detector is dig everything.....if your arms and back are not too achey lol =))
