Hi, second time lucky

Post by Cha62 » Tue Apr 09, 2019 11:34 pm

Hi all,

Second time lucky for me.
I actually joined up last year with good intentions but it didn't happen,due to life getting in the way.
However i have just took the plunge and now waiting on a Minelab go find 44 being deliver.
I went for this as my first detector as i walk a lot and it is handy to store and a good starter model for me i think.

I have just put my name down for the Newbie meet on 11th May so thought i better introduce myself quickly.

I live in Lincolnshire ,retired from the Fire Service and into Motorhoming .So i thought Metal detecting would be a good hobby when i'm out and about.
Looking forward to meeting some of you at the May event.

Chris.

Hello Chris, A warm welcome back to the fold::g

Yes indeed, life does have a habit of getting in the way sometimes but it's one of those things we just can't live without 8-| Good to see that you'll be attending the 'Training Day' on 11th of May I'm sure you'll enjoy it and pick-up some sound help and advice as a result.

Good Luck, enjoy your time with us here on the MDF and we look forward to your arrival at Purton.
Regards ss47 ::g

Hi Chris, Welcome to the Forum. You may not get onto the training day if you don't have NCMD or FID membership. It gives you public liability insurance and is only £8.00 per year. Happy digging. :;@
